Delivered via trusted local couriers
Tracking number provided once shipped

International Shipping:

Delivery within 7–14 business days depending on destination
Carriers: DHL, Aramex, or equivalent
Customs fees or import duties (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer

Custom Orders:

Production time: 5–10 days before shipping
You will be notified once your item is ready to ship

💬 Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as it ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real-time.

🔄 Exchange Policy

Because our garments are handmade and tailored, we do not accept returns. However, we offer exchanges in the following cases:

You received the wrong size or item
The item is damaged or defective upon arrival

Exchange Conditions:

Must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item
Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Custom-made pieces are non-exchangeable

Bensidi is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If an exchange is approved, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the mistake is ours.
